The Challenge
Let us Help e.V. is a non-profit association from Hamburg focused on education and sustainability. The association needed a website to professionally present its work — in multiple languages, with a CMS for independent content management, and an internal admin centre for member administration, donation tracking, and event planning.
The Solution
We built a complete digital infrastructure:
- Public Website (letushelpev.org) — built with PayloadCMS 3, multilingual (DE/EN/ES/FR), responsive, SEO-optimised
- Admin Centre— internal dashboard for the board with member management, donation overview, event planning, and task board
- Self-Hosted Infrastructure— everything on a European server, no US cloud, GDPR-compliant
The Result
The association manages its website independently via PayloadCMS — new pages, blog posts, and events can be created without developer involvement. The admin centre replaced the previous Excel-based member management and saves the board several hours per week.
