You download a small program, share the displayed ID with us, and we can help directly on your screen. Everything runs through our own server, not US cloud services. Yes. The connection is end-to-end encrypted and runs through our own server in Europe — not through TeamViewer, AnyDesk or other cloud services. You must actively confirm the connection, can see everything that happens, and can end it at any time with one click. After the session, nobody has access to your computer.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.

We invoice monthly or annually. Payment is made by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit.
