Answers to the most important questions about our services.

Software

Custom software is developed specifically for your company's needs and requirements. Unlike off-the-shelf solutions, it is tailored to your specific business processes.

PayloadCMS is a modern headless CMS built on Node.js. It offers full type safety, an intuitive admin panel, and integrates seamlessly into our Next.js stack — no plugin chaos, no PHP, no security risks from outdated themes.

Yes. PayloadCMS runs on our own server in Europe, not in a US cloud. There are no publicly known plugin vulnerabilities like with WordPress, and updates are applied directly by us. We also use GDPR-compliant, cookieless analytics.

Duration varies depending on the complexity of requirements. We provide a rough estimate during the initial consultation.

Service & Maintenance

Yes, we provide comprehensive training and user manuals — either on-site or online.

With our subscription model, changes and improvements are possible at any time. Costs depend on the scope.

By phone, email or remote support. For quick help we use RustDesk — an open-source tool for secure remote access. You download a small program, share the displayed ID with us, and we can help directly on your screen. Everything runs through our own server, not US cloud services. You can see everything we do and can end the connection at any time. More at testzimmer.de/remote.

Yes. The connection is end-to-end encrypted and runs through our own server in Europe — not through TeamViewer, AnyDesk or other cloud services. You must actively confirm the connection, can see everything that happens, and can end it at any time with one click. After the session, nobody has access to your computer.

Payments

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.

We invoice monthly or annually. Payment is made by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit.
